Reserving your charter yacht is a simple progression of actions:

1. Pick a time and a place for your charter. It's best to provide us with a window consisting of the earliest date you could fly down and the latest date you could fly back.
2. Select up to three yachts in order of preference and phone us to check availability for you.
3. We put a temporary hold on your first available choice and also help you to complete your travel package with airline reservations and a hotel, if necessary. We fax or email the entire package to you along with a charter agreement for your approval. In most cases we can hold your charter reservation for 48 hours pending deposit and this time period can be extended for up to two weeks providing that another party does not request the same charter dates.
4. See both pdf's below for this step - You confirm your charter by signing the charter agreement and making your initial charter deposit by credit card (or by check if you prefer). You also decide whether or not you wish to take out trip cancellation insurance.

It's that easy! At this point, your charter is confirmed.

If you make your reservation more than six months in advance, the charter deposit is 25% with the other 25% due at the six month mark. Within six months, you make a single deposit of 50%. In most cases you'll pay the balance of your charter upon boarding your yacht though increasingly, some yachts are requesting final payment 45 days in advance. Once you've confirmed your charter and paid your deposit, most charter contracts can only be canceled if the yacht is able to re-book the same charter dates with another party. If this happens your deposit is returned less a $100 handling charge, but if the boat cannot re-book the dates, you lose your entire deposit. Because of this, we recommend Trip Cancellation Insurance, which will provide your refund under covered conditions.

From the time you make your reservation to the week before you leave on your trip, we will be in communication with you several times, fine-tuning your charter arrangements with food and beverage requests and a myriad of other small details. And approximately a month before your departure, we will provide you with a final summary of your trip showing all the details and listing ways to get in touch with you while you are on charter. We do this better than any other charter agency, to provide you with a trouble-free vacation experience.
